Margaret Eich, MS, RDN

Margaret Eich is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) who believes in the power of whole and real foods in achieving and maintaining a healthy life. Margaret holds a BS in Biochemistry from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and an MS in Nutrition from Bastyr University in Seattle, the nation’s leading natural medicine university. She specializes in women’s health and using nutrition and supplements to address infertility and support fertility treatment in women and men. In addition to working with clients struggling with infertility, Margaret also works with clients who are seeking weight loss and those struggling with digestive issues or food intolerances.
In her practice, Margaret strives to help her clients achieve optimum health by not only providing nutrition recommendations, but also providing the rationale for those recommendations. She believes changing the diet is one of the most powerful ways we can affect our health and well-being. Her background in biochemistry and research provides her with a strong understanding of the health benefits of individual foods, vitamins, minerals, and phytochemicals. She can help you sort through the hype and headlines to determine which foods and supplements will help you achieve a higher state of vitality.
