60 Minute Individual Therapy Session – $150

4th Trimester “Mama’s Mental Health” Package – $600 (see website or reach out for details)

To begin therapy services, an initial mental health assessment and treatment plan is done to orient both of us to what is currently bringing you to therapy and what approach towards healing might be the best fit. We’ll walk through what life looks like for you now, how your past might have shaped this, and what you’d like to change for the future. This time together is typically where we discuss symptoms, psychosocial history, relationships, and resources. Together we’ll develop goals, establish expectations and collaborate on next steps. After the initial intake and assessment, we’ll meet for individual therapy sessions to work together on making progress towards your goals.

Fee Information

I value your privacy and freedom in receiving mental health care. Because I am not in-network with any insurance plans, all services provided are direct payment (self-pay) only. Session fees will be collected in full at the time of service via credit or debit card. A credit or debit card is required to be held on file to reserve sessions and enrollment in auto-pay is recommended. Some clients may be able to utilize medical savings accounts such as an FSA, HSA, HRA, or out of network benefits (particularly for PPO or POS plans) and can request a superbill statement to submit to insurance for reimbursement.
